Brisbane areas - Free delivery for locations 15km from Moorooka, Queensland.  Furniture can be assembled at place of delivery but please let us know if this is required. Allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

For all other areas in Brisbane and around Australia - Delivery fees will apply.  If you cannot pick up from the warehouse, we can provide you with a quote on cost of delivery. Allow up to 21 working days for delivery.


All paid items can be collected from our warehouse at Unit 4/25 Michlin Street, Moorooka, Brisbane 4105.



Everything You Need to Know

At Natural Wood Furniture, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from the warehouse or online.

  • Within 30 days from purchase date:  If it is deemed a major product problem, we will give you a replacement, refund the amount paid or exchange it for goods of equivalent value.  It is the responsibility  of the customer to return the goods to the place of purchase and at your own cost.

  • Within 30 days from purchase date:  If it is deemed a minor product problem, we will repair it or offer you a replacement.  It is the responsibility  of the customer to return the goods to the place of purchase and at your own cost.

  • To submit your claim of a defective product, please email us at with your name, address, telephone number, Natural Wood Furniture invoice, product description and details of the problem.


Refunds, refunds or repairs will not be given:

(i) If you change your mind

(ii) Due to colour variation.  As timber is natural product, variations will occur from product to product in the appearance, grain and colour.

(iii) Due to the nature of timber.  Timber is a natural product and always moves depending upon the surrounding environment. For example, moisture held by the timber can dry when moved to a heated environment.  When a change in environment occurs quickly, splits in the timber may appear.  This is to be expected and is not a defect, but part of the natural adaptation process.

(iv) Misuse or damage due to environmental factors.  This includes exposure to extreme conditions, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, scratches, burns, or using inappropriate cleaning products, breakage of glass, damage to third party property, normal wear and tear, and damage by courier.  For these reasons, we recommend customers take out insurance cover.



How to take take care of your new piece of furniture!

  1. Simply wash with water and dry with a soft cloth. 

  2. Use a soft cloth to remove dust from your mahogany items. Dusting on a regular basis will help prevent the build up of dirt and grime.
